株式会社タグボートは、個人情報の重要性を認識し、お客様が @Gallery タグボートを安心してご利用いただけるよう、個人情報の取扱に関する以下の取り組みを実施いたしております。
個人情報の定義
個人情報とは、氏名、住所、電話番号、E-メールアドレス、購入履歴など個人を特定できる情報、もしくはその可能性のある情報を指します。
個人情報登録時の手続き
@Gallery タグボート内で個人情報を登録していただく場合には、いずれの場合もサイト上で登録の趣旨、登録情報の利用目的などを明示し、これに同意していただいたお客様に限り情報を提供していただく仕組みを採用します。
個人情報の取扱
@Gallery タグボートでは、お客様が希望されるサービスの提供や業務の適正な範囲内に限り、お客様の個人情報を利用いたします。なお、サービスごとに利用目的が明示されている場合においては、当該目的に従った利用を行います。業務遂行上、正当な利用目的の範囲内において、業務委託先にお客様の個人情報の預託を行うことがあります。（例：購入代金のクレジット決済委託、商品のお届けのための配送委託）預託を行う業務委託先に対しては、漏洩や再提供を行わないように適切な管理と指導を行います。
なお特段の事情がない限り、お客様の承諾なく、第三者に開示することは一切ございません。

個人情報の保管
@Gallery タグボートで登録されお預かりしている個人情報は、厳正な管理の下で保管され正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、不正アクセス、紛失や漏洩もしくは改ざんなどを防止するための措置を講じております。
個人情報の確認、訂正及び登録抹消
お客様が何らかの理由で既に登録し、お預かりしている情報に関し、確認、訂正及び登録の抹消を希望される場合、弊社窓口までご連絡いただければ、合理的な範囲で速やかに対応をいたします。
クッキー（Cookie）について
@Gallery タグボートWebサイトをご覧になった場合、お客様のコンピュータに情報の一部が保管されることがございます。これをクッキー(Cookie)といいます。

「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に基づく公表事項
「個人情報の保護に関する法律」（以下「法」といいます。）に基づき、以下の事項を「公表」致します。
1. 個人情報の利用目的の公表に関する事項
- （1） 個人情報を取得する場合における利用目的（法18条１項）
- 当社は、お客様から直接書面に記載された個人情報を取得する場合は、その都度、利用目的を明示させて頂きます。それ以外で個人情報を直接取得する場合、または間接的に取得する場合は、次の利用目的の制限の範囲内で取扱いさせていただきます。ただし、以下（2）、（3）の場合は除きます。なお、当社がお客様の同意なしに情報を改変することはありません。

- 当社株式会社タグボートにおける採用関連の応募者情報取得とご連絡
- TAGBOAT Next GenerationS会員様につきましては、商品情報に関するご連絡、販売・決済・配送の内容に関するご連絡
- （2） 合併、分社、事業継承による取得（法23条4項2号）

平成20年9月1日付けで、株式会社エムアウト（当社100％親会社）の単独新設分割手続きによる分社により、株式会社エムアウトから株式会社タグボートに個人情報が承継されました。
上記以外には現在、合併、分社、事業継承による個人情報の取得はありません。

- 現在、個人情報の「共同利用」は行っておりません。
2. 「保有個人データ」に関して「本人の知り得る状態」に置くべき事項（法第２４条1項）
当社は、お客様より取得させていただいた個人情報を、お客様の求めに応じて遅滞なく回答いたします。

3. 個人情報の「第三者提供」について（法23条2項・3項）
当社は、お客様より取得させていただいた個人情報を適切に管理し、収集の目的以外、予め明記した利用範囲外での利用することはございません。あらかじめお客様の同意をいただいた場合以外には、第三者への提供または開示をすることはいたしません。ただし、次の場合は除きます。
法令に基づく場合
人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
公衆衛生上の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行する事に対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき。
4. 「開示等の求め」に応じる手続等に関する事項（法29条）
当社では、保有個人データの本人またはその代理人からの開示・変更等・利用停止等の求めに対応させて頂いております。 また、開示の結果、当該個人情報に誤りがある場合には、修正、削除等適切に対応させて頂きます。

- （2） 「開示等の求め」に際して提出すべき書面（様式）等
- 「開示等の求め」を行う場合は、当社所定の*申請書に必要事項を全てご記入の上、本人確認のための書類（運転免許証、パスポートのコピー 1点）を同封しご郵送ください。

- （3） 代理人による「開示等の求め」
- 「開示等の求め」をする者が未成年者又は成年被後見人の法定代理人もしくは本人が委任した代理人である場合は、前項の書類に加えて、下記の書類を同封下さい。
A：法定代理人の場合

B：委任による代理人の場合

- （4）「開示等の求め」に対する回答方法 書面によってご回答申し上げます。
- （5）開示等の求めにともない取得した個人情報は、開示等の求めに必要な範囲のみで取り扱うものとします。提出いただいた書類は、開示等の求めに対する回答が終了した後、2年間保存し、その後破棄させて頂きます。
※「保存個人データ」の不開示事由について
次に定める場合は、不開示とさせていただきます。不開示を決定した場合は、その旨、理由を付記して通知申し上げます。
申請書に記載されている住所・本人確認のための書類に記載されている住所・当社の登録住所が一致しないときなど本人が確認できない場合
代理人による申請に際して、代理権が確認できない場合
所定の申請書類に不備があった場合
本人又は第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害する恐れがある場合
当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
その他法令に違反することとなる場合
5. 「苦情」の受取窓口に関する事項（法第２４条１項４号、施行令第５条、法第３１条）
お客様が何らかの理由で既に登録し、お預かりしている情報に関し、確認、訂正及び登録の抹消を希望される場合、弊社窓口までご連絡いただければ、合理的な範囲で速やかに対応をいたします。
